You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase airgun ammunition

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any ammunition that they own does not cause their airgun to exceed the legal limit of their country of residence. By ordering you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and legally allowed to possess airgun ammunition.

Contract: The contract between a customer and PG Pellets is deemed to have begun on the despatch of an order NOT on the automated acceptance of the order online.

Pricing & Availability: Whilst all effort are made to ensure that all pricing and information on this site is accurate and up to date, PG Pellets is not bound to honour the order of any product ordered should there be an inaccurate description or price listed. All items are sold via multiple channels and there may be time when your item is not available. In this instance you will be contacted and may select a replacement item or a refund of either the item or the order.

Cancellation of order: You can cancel any order, which must be by writing or by email, without giving a reason, within fourteen days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, refunds will be issued as detailed in our Returns policy.

Delivery: Orders are normally picked, packed and posted within five working days, all orders are posted by Royal Mail Second Class. Orders are normally fulfilled within seven days of placing. If you need your order quicker please contact us for availability and cost.

Orders can only be supplied to a UK postal address, any non-UK orders will be refunded less a £1.00 administration fee.

Returns Policy: Full refunds will be given on any returns if items received were not as ordered.
Refunds will be given for ordered but subsequently unwanted items returned complete and in their original condition.

It is customers responsibly to arrange return and for the cost of postage.

Refunds will not be issued until goods are returned and checked.
In order to qualify for a refund all items must be returned in their original condition.

Contact sales@pg-pellets.co.uk to obtain a return reference, any items returned without such reference will be rejected. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for any item returned.

Postage: We have tried to base postal charges on weight, cost of individual packets, labels, padding and envelope or box. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post.
